Way of the Cactus ship our products to most destinations worldwide.
We have tried to keep shipping costs as low as we possibly can using major logistics and postal services. When you checkout, you will be able to choose standard or express shipping, and see the prices for both options.
We ship worldwide using DHL, a major logistics provider. All of our shipping options include tracking of your parcel. Here's a comparison of our shipping types:
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5 - 15 business days. In some locations delivery can take longer, depending on your postal service and factors out of our control such as weather and local holidays. The last portion of your parcel's journey is with your local postal service, and so tracking may be limited once the parcel reaches your home country.
Express Shipping: Delivery in 2 - 5 business days with tracking door to door.
We ship across Australia using major logistics providers. All of our shipping options include tracking, with tracking information emailed to you.
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 2 - 7 business days (in some locations in Australia, it may take longer). When you parcel is shipped, a delivery date estimate is provided.
Express shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days Australia-wide.

International customers, please note: We are not responsible for local customs, tariffs, charges, levies or other fees that you may incur when the parcel reaches your home country. If your parcel is held up in customs in your local country, you should first contact DHL whose number in your home country is on your tracking page (link in your order email)

Way of the Cactus will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, replacement, refund or repair where you can demonstrate that:
If you request a refund, the refund will be provided using your original payment method.
If you request an exchange, replacement or repair, we will do our best to provide the same item, or if not available a reasonably similar item.
When we ship exchanges, replacements and returns to you we will use our standard shipping service.
Please contact us using the contact form on this website so that we can determine the best course of action, and provide you with a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. This includes all customs, surcharges and taxes.
If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item was faulty or not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose and you receive a refund or exchange after Way of the Cactus have inspected and approved a return, the cost of return shipping will be refunded.
All refund rights under both Australian State and Commonwealth law apply. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
